The Next Generation Of Un-bonded PipeDeepFlex Flexible Fiber Reinforced Pipe (FFRP Trademark) is the next generation of un-bonded, truly flexible pipe enabling deepwater installations. It is not only lightweight, but also extremely resistant to collapse. This new range of pipe outperforms competing metallic, un-bonded flexible pipe and is far more flexible than spoolable composite pipe.

Pipe CodingDeepFlex pipes are coded according to a numbering system comprised of four sections. The first section defines nominal bore size, the second defines minimum burst pressure, the third defines minimum collapse pressure, and the final section gives the pipe specification number. Bore size is traditionally quoted in inches and pressures are quotes in thousands of psi with the letter “K” defining the location of the decimal place. A typical example of a pipe code is given below. |

Pipe Bore RangeDeepFlex pipes currently range in bore size from 2 inches to 8 inches. We intend to increase capacity to size's up to 16" internal diameter. |
